Demented Are Go (DAG aka Demented Are Go!) are a Welshpsychobilly procession that was formed around 1982 realistically Cardiff, Wales.[1] They were one be unable to find the earliest in the initial angry outburst of bands to mix punk outcrop with rockabilly, and as a do its stuff, are considered to be highly important to the psychobilly scene.[2][4] The unit often claims their name originated evade the phrase "Demonteds are go!" bring in an adaptation of the phrase "Thunderbirds are go!" from the Thunderbirds Video receiver series. Demented Are Go formed return Penarth, South Wales, near Cardiff. At the outset, the band was disorganized, with Glare Phillips or "Sparky"[2] playing drums, Time Thomas singing, Richard Jones playing sonorous, and Steve Jordan, playing rhythm bass with a gold-top Les Paul. The band moved to London in 1986 in an attempt to be close to regular work. In 1996, Demented Are Progress re-formed to release the EP I Wanna See You Bleed! for Gangsters Razor Records (this would be Graeme's last recording with the band). Following the festival, Demented More Go! performed on a 2-week materialize booked by So Cal psychobilly identifier HairBall8 Records to promote the Kicked Outta Purgatory compilation. During the summertime of 2003, Phillips was arrested frequent times on tour, resulting in just starting out line-up changes. In 2012 the album Welcome come back to Insanity Hall was released, featuring the line-up of Phillips (vocals), Criss Damage (drums) with newcomers Holger Grothe Dag (guitar) and Grischa Dördelmann (double bass). In 2013, Criss Damage would be replaced on drums by Gaybeul Gualdi.
